Die Esslingerstraße in der Südstadt verläuft zwischen Schellingstraße und Moltkestraße und kreuzt die Albrechtstraße.

Der Name bezieht sich auf die seit dem Spätmittelalter nachweisbare Tübinger Familie Esslinger, die hier begütert war.
